I have noticed this week that I do not have the cravings for sweets like I have always had.  I usually crave something sweet after lunch and dinner and that has not been the case.  It’s not like more…

Wow, it’s been 4 weeks.  We were supposed to take our measurements today but it was just too busy a day for it.  I know I am seeing some changes.  I didn’t begin my exercise this week…again!  I feel good more…

I believe I am seeing some changes!  They are small changes, but changes nonetheless. I didn’t start exercising this week like I had planned.  Guess I have to get some motivation from within.  I’ll shoot for the week coming up!  I’m feeling great!

It was a good day.  For the past several months every time I eat (regardless of the amount) I have felt so incredibly full that it is really uncomfortable.    I don’t know what has been going on with more…

We received our weight loss Jen Fe Power Patches on Thursday!  We’re both very excited to get started.  We chose Sunday, August 30,2009 to start.  We are going to take our measurements and some photos!  CAN’T WAIT!! 

Jon says he’s going to use three at a time…silly man.  (He’s just kidding.)
