			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have not been on here to update for a few weeks.  Just busy and not thinking about it.  I&#8217;m still using the weight loss patch everyday and so is Jon (although he never posts).  I still have<span id="more-92"></span> not started an exercise routine.  I think about it, but that&#8217;s as far as it gets.  I haven&#8217;t taken my measurements for a few weeks.  On the scheduled date, Jon and my schedules haven&#8217;t worked out to be able to take them then the times passes and it doesn&#8217;t get done.  We both weigh ourselves regularly and I have lost 5 pounds and Jon has lost 6.  My pants are not as tight as they were but I still have a ways to go.  I know the exercise will take me to the next level.</p>
<p>I am still finding it incredibly helpful to eat part of my lunch around 10 a.m.  It takes the hunger and growling stomach away and 12:00 gets there before I know it and I’m not very hungry so the rest of my lunch is more than enough.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This was an incredibly difficult week.  I had a shift in my hormones and that always knocks me down for a few days with flu like symptoms.  So, needless to say I had no energy, I felt terrible and just wanted <span id="more-66"></span>to sleep for the first half of the week.  By Friday I started to feel much better and I could again see the effects of the weight loss patch.  I am hoping that over time as I get more energy and a boost in my metabolism that my exercising will help out my hormone issues.  I am feeling like adding 30 minutes of exercise three times a week on my Total Gym.  That machine is fun and really easy to use.</p>
<p>We took our measurements this morning.  I lost a total of 3 inches.  I was quite surprised about that.  That is overall so my pants aren&#8217;t fitting any better, but I am hopeful and encouraged.  It will take a few more measurements to get an average and I can hardly wait.  Looking forward to exercising this week!</p>

I am sleeping better than <span id="more-63"></span>the first few days, and have definitely noticed a change in how much quicker I feel satisfied at meals. Today I forgot to put a patch on and it was very noticeable! I was REALLY hungry quite a bit before lunch time, my stomach was growling and I was losing focus&#8230;I just wanted to get to lunch! I hadn&#8217;t realized how much difference the patch had made in that respect. Like Cindy, I haven&#8217;t noticed any unbelieveable weight loss, and wasn&#8217;t really expecting it without changing a few habits, but I thought I would see just what this patch was made of&#8230;stay tuned!</p>

<p>I get starving around 10 a.m. (that happened even before I started using the weight loss Power Patch) so I started eating half of my lunch at 10 and the other half at 12.  I&#8217;ve found that to be incredibly helpful!  I&#8217;m not so distracted by hunger.  I&#8217;m drinking more water than before as I&#8217;m very thirsty.</p>
