It was a good day. For the past several months every time I eat (regardless of the amount) I have felt so incredibly full that it is really uncomfortable. I don’t know what has been going on with my body, but I don’t like it. However, I noticed today that I haven’t had that feeling for the past couple of days. This is wonderful!
I feel a little more energetic. I’m thinking about adding a little exercise to my week. I’m going to wait until after week 2; first I want see if I notice any changes without doing anything.
