This was an incredibly difficult week.  I had a shift in my hormones and that always knocks me down for a few days with flu like symptoms.  So, needless to say I had no energy, I felt terrible and just wanted to sleep for the first half of the week.  By Friday I started to feel much better and I could again see the effects of the weight loss patch.  I am hoping that over time as I get more energy and a boost in my metabolism that my exercising will help out my hormone issues.  I am feeling like adding 30 minutes of exercise three times a week on my Total Gym.  That machine is fun and really easy to use.

We took our measurements this morning.  I lost a total of 3 inches.  I was quite surprised about that.  That is overall so my pants aren’t fitting any better, but I am hopeful and encouraged.  It will take a few more measurements to get an average and I can hardly wait.  Looking forward to exercising this week!
