I have noticed this week that I do not have the cravings for sweets like I have always had.  I usually crave something sweet after lunch and dinner and that has not been the case.  It’s not like I am wanting it and telling myself no.  I’m not even wanting it.  I feel completely satisfied.  I don’t think I have been as thirsty as I was at the start, but I try to drink a lot of water everyday.
