I have not been on here to update for a few weeks. Just busy and not thinking about it. I’m still using the weight loss patch everyday and so is Jon (although he never posts). I still have not started an exercise routine. I think about it, but that’s as far as it gets. I haven’t taken my measurements for a few weeks. On the scheduled date, Jon and my schedules haven’t worked out to be able to take them then the times passes and it doesn’t get done. We both weigh ourselves regularly and I have lost 5 pounds and Jon has lost 6. My pants are not as tight as they were but I still have a ways to go. I know the exercise will take me to the next level.
I am still finding it incredibly helpful to eat part of my lunch around 10 a.m. It takes the hunger and growling stomach away and 12:00 gets there before I know it and I’m not very hungry so the rest of my lunch is more than enough.
